Hair Journey : What is working for me?

There are many youtube videos, stylists and even relatives that tell you how to take care of your hair. Well I have watched way too many videos and this is what works for me.

• Sleeping with silk scarf
• Moisturizing and sealing ends with oil
•  Co-washing 2x
• Using shampoo once or twice a month
• Deep conditioning(can be weekly but it depends on what hair needs)
• Putting hair in ponytail and folding the ends in
• Wearing protective styles(mostly half wigs)
• Leaving my hair alone(ex: putting hair in braids and not bothering with it)
